The Critical Pain
Differente Coffee is a Colombian specialty coffee brand with international competition awards, but its digital presence did not match: a site that failed to convey the product's premium quality, poorly segmented ad campaigns, and an e-commerce channel converting below the brand's potential.

Applying the A:BRA Loop
We executed in phases following the Loop: first brand insight and competitive benchmarking, then a comprehensive site redesign with a premium, minimalist aesthetic focused on the product narrative. Simultaneously, we launched Meta and Google Ads campaigns segmented by profile (baristas, enthusiasts, business channel) and activated post-purchase email flows to build recurrence.
